The Traditional Method sparkling wine
The Traditional Method sparkling wine and the Charmat one (or Martinotti) describe two distinct interpretations of the terroir and the variety. To the first in fact belongs a wine with a more important structure and more complex aromas. The Charmat method chooses instead softness, accompanying it with fresher aromas.
The Durello of the Lessini Hills, exactly for the same characteristics of acidity and mineral, that for years have played against it, represent an excellent raw material for the production of traditional method sparkling wine. The second fermentation in the bottle allows in fact to process the most refined bubbles, as long as the base-wines are of high quality and obtained from suitable vine varieties.

Thanks to the acidity and the hardness that are typical of the Durella grape the wine has an extraordinary potential of aging according to the Traditional Method which allows aromas and flavors to improve their delicate balance.
At the same time, the Lessini Durello sparkling wine is more and more appreciated for its strong personality and elegance, repositioning itself because it is capable, more than others, of describing its own time. Of describing the rhythm of the seasons that go by and repeat themselves acquiring each time more harmony and complexity, just like the aromas of Durello, wine witch acidity confers a great longevity.
Giannitessari has long accepted the challenge of making great this sparkling wine which only today is finally collecting the success that it deserves.
